Options like dedicated meetings, suggestion boxes, and online forms can facilitate this process. Ensuring anonymity and protection for those providing feedback, especially when it involves concern with or criticism of the administration, is essential to mitigate fears of retaliation. This approach fosters a safer environment for honest communication and can lead to more effective problem-solving and improvement within the school system.

ACCOUNTABILITY

Regularly reviewing the administration's performance is essential. The school board must hold the administration accountable for their actions and decisions. It is crucial for the board to follow up on concerns raised by teachers, parents, and students. Taking feedback seriously and making necessary changes demonstrates a commitment to addressing issues.
